In order to test the operational level of our manufacturing department employees, improve their operational skills, and enrich their leisure lives, our manufacturing department held the "2016 Manufacturing Department Skills Competition" event on May 28th, which received strong support from various departments. Everyone participated and cooperated with each other.

The slogan of this competition is "Friendship First, Strive to Be First". The competition content consists of five parts: "Skill Competition", "Comprehensive Quality", "Beiote Information Knowledge", "Brainstorming", and "Warehouse Equipment System". In order to alleviate the tension of the competition, talent interactive performances are specially added during the competition. To ensure the fairness, impartiality, and openness of the competition, personnel from various departments such as personnel, quality, and research and development are dispatched to participate in the supervision throughout the entire process.

Through this competitive competition, not only did it test the operational level of employees and make them aware of their own shortcomings, but it also deepened the sense of recognition of the company's corporate culture among manufacturing department employees. The collaborative efforts of various departments have greatly strengthened the cohesion of the company.
